JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Head Waiter/Server Up To 8K AED for an International Hospitality Group in Dubai
• Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOP’s
• Ensure the proper appearance and grooming of assigned employees
• Work towards the timely set up of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, according to the meal settings and in line with the opening hours
• Familiar with the outlet’s menu, promotional activities and other relevant issues concerning the outlet and the hotel
• Contribute to meet and maximize the monthly revenue budget for the respective outlet
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Head Waiter/Server
• SALARY: 8,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: International Hospitality Group
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately can join will be prioritized (1-month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE (Temporary/Permanent): Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Latin American/European/South African/Australian
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• A degree in hospitality management is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale restaurant/bar
• SKILLS REQUIRED:
Leadership, analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluent in English
