Westerner Head Waiter/Waitress up to 10K AED for a Fine Dining Restaurant in UAE
Job Description:
• Coordinated with restaurant manager and performed all service as per requirement
• Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOP’s
• Ensure the proper appearance and grooming of assigned employees
• Ensured compliance to all fire regulations and hygiene level required in the restaurant
• Familiar with the outlet’s menu, promotional activities and other relevant issues concerning the outlet and the hotel
• Contribute to meet and maximize the monthly revenue budget for the respective outlet
REQUIREMENTS
Position: Head Waiter/Waitress
Salary: up to 8,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Hiring Company: French Fine Dining Restaurant
Work Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi
Availability: Can join immediately (1st October 2019)
Employment Type (Temporary/Permanent): Permanent
Candidate Profile:
• Open to Western European nationals
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below
Education/Experience Required:
• A degree in hospitality management is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an upscale restaurant, preferably French restaurant
• Leadership, analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
