Healthy Food Cook up to 4k AED for FnB Retail Company in Dubai
• Preparing healthy food
• Create healthy meals
• Good at time management
• Maintain the highest possible hygiene and maintenance standards
• Control the food cost
• Check the stock and place orders when necessary
• Make sure the kitchen is keep clean all time
REQUIREMENTS
• BS Degree in Culinary Arts or related certificate would be a plus
• Minimum 3 years of proven working experience as a Cook/Chef in a small kitchen setting
• Proven experience in cooking healthy food
• Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
• Knowledge of best cooking practices and understanding of trends and new styles
• Food Hygiene qualifications and professional cooking qualification
