JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of premium brands within the business.
• Strong customer database for HORECA / food-service sales.
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related courses.
• Minimum 5 years of Food distribution industry experience handling PREMIUM products.
• Proven experience in key account management.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Driving license Holder and experienced in the field of HORECA.
