Hostess up to 2.5K AED+ for a Catering Services Company in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Redeem stamps and coupons
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
REQUIREMENTS
Position: Hostess
Salary: up to 2,500 AED as basic depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and other allowances

Candidate Profile:
• Open to any nationality
• Female, 35 years old and below
Education/Experience Required:
• Diploma in High School or any related certification; food safety training is a plus
• Minimum 1-2 years of similar work experience in high end restaurants or five-star hotel
• Basic math skills; attentiveness and patience for customers
• Excellent customer service skills and multi-tasking skills
• Passion for providing extraordinary service
• Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
