Position Title: Hostess
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, 1 duty meal, and OT pay
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the client:
A chain of high-end casual dining restaurant.
Job Description:
• Maintain guest relations, guest history and database
• Monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables, manages seating
• Estimating wait times for guests/ scrutinize the guest waiting list
• Encourage customers to give feedback about the dining experience
• Prepare bill, process payments with cashier and thank the customer
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationality
• At least 1 year of UAE experience on the same role
• Must be flexible to be assigned in any branch in Dubai
• Immediate joiner will be prioritized
