Position Title: Hostess
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 4K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Create a welcoming and memorable first impression for arriving guests.
• Proactively engage with guests, providing information about our wide range of amenities and services, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
• Handle and address guest complaints or issues, escalating them to supervisors when necessary, and ensuring timely follow-up with guests to resolve concerns.
• Assist in serving coffee and beverage items to VIP guests, enhancing their experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to CIS and Asian nationals
• Female, 35 years old and below
• Must have at least 6 months of related experience and/or training in UAE
• Previous experience in high-profile settings such as VIP lounges is essential
• F&B experience related to assisting VIP guests is required
• Must have a professional appearance
• Must have good English communication skills
