Position Title: Hostess cum Brand Ambassador
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3K AED basic salary depending on experience and qualifications plus flight ticket, accommodation, transportation, meals, uniform, laundry allowance, service charges and tips

Job Description:
• Create a welcoming and memorable first impression for arriving guests.
• Proactively engage with guests, providing information about our wide range of amenities and services, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
• Handle and address guest complaints or issues, escalating them to supervisors when necessary, and ensuring timely follow-up with guests to resolve concerns.
• Assist in serving coffee and beverage items to VIP guests, enhancing their experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Female, 35 years old and below
• Must have at least 6 months of experience as a Waitress/Hostess. Home country experience is accepted.
