Hostess Or Reservationist Up To 6K AED For A Leading Hospitality Group in UAE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Greet customers as soon as they walk through the door
• Provide patrons with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
• Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service
• Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
• Dealing with guests over the telephone
• Taking and inputting reservations
• Upselling, or offering more products to the customer
REQUIREMENTS
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to European, Latin American, South African and Arabic candidates
• Female, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as Hostess or Reservationist preferably in hospitality industry
• Ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, open disposition
• Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
• Able to work in a busy restaurant environment
