JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Duties will include managing budget and expenses, planning and marketing
• Recruiting, training and monitoring staff
• Handling customer complaints and providing resolutions
• Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
• Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services
• Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Female, below 30 years old
• Open to any nationality
• Minimum 2 years experience as Hotel Manager from mid-market hotels in the UAE
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office and Hotel Management Software is an advantage (Protel)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility in handling pressure and critical situations
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
