JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• The Hotel receptionist will take care of the operations related to the reception of passengers, the arrivals of flights, and the check-in process at the Hotel.
• Provides passengers with an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
• Service focused personality is essential and must have relevant work experience
• Experience as a passenger agent or equivalent experience in aviation field is an asset.
• Passion for guest service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Highly organized, and results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure.
• Fluency in English, secondary language preferred.
• A minimum of 1-year of previous Hotel experience is an asset.
• Must have the ability to handle a multitude of tasks and Guest requests.
• Knowledge of the Oasis Property Management System is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Perfect grooming, always on a neat and tidy appearance
• Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
