JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Hotel Telephone Operator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and meals
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A newly opened branch of a 5 Star hospitality group based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Answers incoming calls.
• Directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard or PBX system.
• Places outgoing calls.
• Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest.
• Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up call services.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 30 to 45 years old
• Atleast 6 months experience on the same role or any relevant phone jobs
• Open to home country experience
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
