Job Description
Join the fun at Mama Shelter Dubai , where you'll be the superstar behind the scenes! Your mission is to ensure every nook and cranny shines with warmth and cleanliness. As our Housekeeping Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our vibrant team, making sure every inch of our space feels fresh and inviting!
THE MISSION
- Guest Requests Champion: Take care of all guest requests for internal services, making sure they feel pampered and cared for!
- Communication Pro: Answer calls and messages with a friendly vibe-let your personality shine through!
- Privacy Protector: Keep our guests' info safe and sound-confidentiality is key!
- Feedback Facilitator: Report any guest comments or complaints quickly to keep our service top-notch!
- Inventory Guru: Keep tabs on supplies based on requests, making sure we're always stocked up!
- PMS Updates: Update the Property Management System (PMS) so everything runs smoothly!
- Emergency Aware: Stay on your toes with emergency procedures to keep our guests safe!
- Administrative Ace: Handle administrative tasks, coordinate the housekeeping office and keep everything organized like a champ!
- Logbook Keeper: Update logbooks to keep communication clear and fun! Ensure clear communication and documentation of our daily adventures!
- Guest History Keeper: Update guest history in the PMS so we can provide personalized service that feels just right!
- Clean and Tidy Advocate: Keep all equipment shining and areas tidy, following our Housekeeping Operations Manual to the letter!
- Project Participant: Jump into special projects and bring your creative flair!
- Department Collaborator: Work with all departments to make sure everything flows smoothly!
- Issue Informant: Let department heads know if anything's delayed or unresolved or needs attention!
- Team Player: Take on any other fun tasks from the Housekeeping Manager to support our awesome team!
