Hotel Overview:
Swissotel Al Ghurair & Swissotel Living Al Ghurair Hotel is a 620-room-and-suite upper upscale property. Catering for both business and leisure clientele. The hotel is located in Deira in the heart of Dubai and within easy reach of major tourist landmarks, leisure destinations and city services. It is linked to the Al Ghurair Shopping Centre, only 3 stops away on the Dubai Metro from the Dubai World Trade Centre and a 10 minute drive from Dubai International Airport.
Housing Officer
Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, responsible for the highest level of safety and standards of colleague accommodation.

What you will be doing:
- To ensure that the colleague accommodation is well secured, and staff are accommodated as per the Talent & Culture Policy and as per their entitlements.
- To ensure that all the assets of the staff accommodation, which includes the building, furniture; equipment and operating equipment are well maintained.
- To ensure that high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times in the accommodation.
- Exercises authority vested, concerning the security, room allocation and cleanliness of the accommodation.
- Ensures a regular and timely submission of Accommodation Occupancy Report and any other assigned reports
REQUIREMENTS
Your experience and skills include:
- Prior working experience in Hospitality Industry is preferred
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Visa requirements:
Please note that you must be eligible to live and work in Dubai. Swissotel Al Ghurair & Swissotel Living Al Ghurair will cover visa costs and flights for selected candidates from place of origin.
