JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for an HR Admin who will be responsible for supporting recruitment, office administration tasks, and assisting the accounts department.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up to date
- Handle office administration tasks
- Assisting to prepare and maintain the administration documentation.
- Assist the accounts department with basic accounting tasks and documentation
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Previous experience in HR administration or related field
- Familiarity with office administration tasks
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
AED
2,100 to 2,300
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
