JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner
• Assist in visa applications, renewal of leases and trade licenses
• Liaise with suppliers/sub-contractors and documents control
• Support tender submissions
• Interface with Finance/Operations/HR teams in Singapore HQ
• Maintain and develop the personnel filing system
REQUIREMENTS
• 35 years old and below
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or any related field
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR/Admin from a Construction/Transport/Engineering/Logistics industries
• Can read, speak and write in English
• Must be organized, meticulous and dynamic
• Can do multitasking and work under pressure
• Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized
