JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is looking for a person who comes from a solid HR Background who has experience of working as a Manager in Dubai. Must be familiar with the UAE Labour laws (as much as you can be!).
This is a well established company with an HR Department in need of some tender loving care.
You will be responsible for the daily running of the department, employee relations, policy development, employee safety, organisational development, employee compliance, on-boarding,etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Female.
- Western.
- CIPD but not essential.
- UAE experience
- Ability to manage a small team.
- Fair, conscientious, willing to make change. A great role to get your teeth in to. Lots of room for improvement.
- Must have a UAE driving license
