Position Title: HR Administrator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus transportation and meals
Job Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
About the Client:
A well-known French manufacturing company of luxury bottles.
Job Description:
• Help manage overall HR operations from recruitment to onboarding.
• Fill positions from job advertisement, screening, evaluating, and reviewing both existing and new positions.
• Maintain positive relationships between employees and the organization.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
• Ensure that the organization complies with employment laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino and Indian nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years solid experience in the HR department
• Must have experience in HR Management Systems (HRIS)
