My client is a dynamic and innovative company committed to fostering a positive work culture. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Proven HR administration experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Demonstrated recruitment coordination skills.
• Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement programs.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
