A prominent client in Dubai UAE, is offering an exciting contract opportunity for professionals seeking to advance their careers as HR Support/Admin
Key Responsibilities
• Maintaining employee records and documentation
• Managing employee queries
• Performing administrative tasks
• Preparing HR documents and communication material
• Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department
• Interact with managers and heads of various departments to disseminate information
• Prepare, update, and maintain complete documentation in a digital archive
Requirements:
• Experience Required -5+ years Overall• Should have experience in onboarding new candidate / setting up interviews/ engagement activates / communications
• Literate with solid expertise in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
