JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The role:

• Support internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
• Serve as point of contact PRO
• Assist with the recruitment process by placing ads, screening CV and identifying candidates, performing reference checks, issuing employment contracts and visas
• Complete termination paperwork and visa cancelation procedures
• Support with the renewal of company contracts, insurance policies, certificates, licenses in a timely manner
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 5,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

The requirements:

• Bachelor degree (fully attested for use in the UAE)
• Proficient in MS Office (outlook, word and excel)
• Extremely organized, keen to details and able to meet deadlines
• At least 3 years of experience at similar position
• Understanding of the most up to date labour law
• Experience with handling DMCC portal for HR/visa processing matters
• Excellent English skills (read, write, speak)
• Arabic knowledge a plus
