JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Company

Robert Half are working with a professional services company, based in Dubai, looking to hire a HR Advisor. You will join a leading team where you will support in all areas of generalist HR and recruitment. You will have experience of working in professional services, legal or financial services.

The Role

* Generalist HR activity including employee relations
* Liaise with recruitment agencies per department to support annual hiring across each business areas
* Support annual graduate recruitment
* Support and partner with HRD on performance management
* HR guidance on underperformance
* Provide employee relations advice on all aspects of employment law
* Partner with HRD on exits for all business areas
* Learning and development
* Candidate onboarding and induction
* Focus on well being and support CSR
* Managing team members as required - junior admin

REQUIREMENTS

The Candidate

* Must have at least 3-5 years HR experience
* HR degree qualified
* Strong stakeholder management experience
* Experience of in house recruitment and on boarding
* Excellent communication skills

Salary and Benefits

Up to 28,000 AED per month, plus company benefits
