JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Contract

Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to
• Reception duties - Greeting of Guest, answering board line calls, serving drinks for guests, etc.
• Arranging letters / documents to be couriered
• Scanning of documents for colleagues
• Archiving/retrieving old documents from Infofort
• Managing the stationary / office supplies
• Distribution of postal mails to colleagues
• Registration of Managers to different events such as FBC (French Business Council)
• Booking of Meeting Rooms
• Flight ticket / Hotel / Restaurants / Event reservations
• Ordering business cards
• EFT management - parking, building/office access cards, gate pass, etc.
• Office maintenance/upkeep – arranging the fixing of lights, switches, air conditioning, planters, etc.
• Renewal of 24x7 DCD Direct Alarm System Subscription
• Contracts - IT, District cooling, Office cleaning, MEP & fire alarm, FBC, hotels, Aramex, Infofort, planters, etc.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the UAE in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Organized & Independent individual who is highly motivated & likes to take initiative.
• Should be able to work in a multi-cultural team.

Salary:
AED 4,500 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
