JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client an International Management Consultancy who are based in Abu Dhabi we are looking to recruit a HR and Admin Manager.

Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for managing the HR and Admin function, HR generalist functions, maintaining employee benefits programs, orientation of new staff prepare and supervise payroll, maintain all company insurance programs, co-ordinate with the PRO for all staff visas, labor permits and renewal of trade licences, providing general administration duties including correspondence, arranging meetings, travel and processing confidential documentation.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate should be degree educated in HR and have a minimum of 5 years UAE experience in HR and admin and have been instrumental in setting up a HR department from scratch. Experience within a corporate bank/management consultancy or law firm Candidates must also have a valid UAE driving licence with use of their own vehicle as there will be occasional travel to the Dubai office.
