Employment: Full Time

Position Title: HR and Administration Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A well established logistics and freight forwarding company in the region

Job Description:
• Elaborate on the company’s human resources strategy in line with the company’s development goals.
• Define the recruiting policy and is responsible for the interviewing process as well as overseeing any redundancies to support staff career development and can facilitate relocations, reassignments and promotions
• Follow up and coordinate with all authorities involved with license registration/renewal
• Arrange and submit all documents related to visa process of employees (Dubai, JAFZA and other GCC countries)
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers and absenteeism rates etc., for employee benefits
• Conceptualize and implement policies for effective management of available human resources and development of human capital across the organization

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic speakers
• At least 3 years of experience as HR and Administration Manager
• Logistics / Freight forwarding background is a big plus
