We are looking for a dynamic Admin and Human Resources Manager for our office based in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. The role is to lead, direct and manage the day-to-day our busy office management and act as the first point of contact for HR related queries from employers and external partners, handle employee related services, regulatory compliance and many more!

• Lead and oversee both administrative and human resources functions within the oil and gas trading company in the UAE.
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals and local regulations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Administer employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Handle performance management, training, and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and career growth.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Spearhead administrative operations, including office management, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Manage bank relations, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with banking protocols.
• Handle compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and adherence to industry standards.
• Lead and mentor HR and administrative staff, providing guidance and support.

AED 12,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Ideally available IMMEDIATELY
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of human resources and administration within the oil and gas trading industry or any related industry, particularly in the UAE.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative processes.
• Proven track record in managing bank relations and financial transactions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive HR and administrative initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
