JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

About the Client:
A highly respected organization in the perfume industry; based in Sharjah, producing, and distributing millions of perfumes to over 80 countries globally.

Job Description:
• Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
• Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.
• Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
• Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars

REQUIREMENTS

Position Title: HR and Administration Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

Qualifications:
• Open to Emirati/UAE nationals
• Female, 25 – 30 years old
• At least 6 months experience in the same role
