JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Main Responsibilities:
• Attendance
• Payroll
• Recruitment
• Calculation of Leaves & Gratuities
• Termination/Warning Letters/Emails.
• Filing of Documents in the personnel files.
• Assisting All HR Related works.
Salary:
AED
2,500 to 3,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: insurance + Food(lunch)
REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge in Labour Law.
• Has good knowledge in MS Office especially in EXCEL.
• Good communication skills (English).
• Has sense of responsibility.
• Honest and Hardworking.
• Flexibility.
• Able to handle pressure.
