JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Ensure all documentation regarding Leave applications / Emergency leave applications are checked thoroughly for all Business Units before submitting for internal approval.
• Ensure accurate Personnel Files are maintained by the HR Administration team at all times.
• Inform payroll regarding all details required to process leave settlement and ensure it is processed before the employee departs.
• Issue the ticket for travel using our travel agency for all vacation / end of contract flights.
• Track to ensure the employee returns to work on the due date and highlight any issues immediately to the Assistant Director of Human Resources for them to take action in conjunction with the Business Manager
• Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge of UAE Labor Laws
• Knowledge in Microsoft office
• An experienced administrator with a proven track record in office administration preferably within the HR function.
• At least 4 years experience working in administration.
