JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse are currently working with a regional firm who are looking to hire an HR Assistant to join their Team in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire someone who is ambitious and eager to grow as this role will offer the opportunity to evolve in HR.

The HR Assistant will be part of a Team, working closely with and reporting to the HR Manager and will be supporting employees across the region, developing strong relationships and embracing a team work approach. This is a cross functional role where main responsibilities will cover payroll, screening candidates, preparing offer letters and employment contracts, onboarding, as well as day to day operational HR. The role will involve coordinating employee visa applications, preparing salary certificates, as well as maintaining and updating all employee records and HR systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity and would suit somebody with a strong administration background who has some experience working in HR, looking to grow a career within this field. The HR Assistant will be given full support from the HR Manager to learn and develop your HR Skills.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the role the successful candidate must have some experience working in Human Resources with strong administration and organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to juggle tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate must be career driven with a professional approach and exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Our client is looking to hire a self-starter with the ability to work independently and able to build relationships working closely with a team whilst proving to be motivated.

Excellent time management and organisational skills are crucial for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook are essential for this role.
