HR Assistant - Employee Relations (Male)

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Primarily responsible for maintaining employee records.
- Perform additional job duties, especially tasks involved with hiring employees.
- Strong computer and interpersonal skills are also necessary.
- Required to complete a wide variety of duties which include answering questions, opening mail, receiving and transferring phone calls, giving directions, creating and distributing documents and providing customer service.
- Assistants may be required to use either traditional paper filing systems in their work, or more commonly, a computer data entry system.

REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma in Admin/Equivalent with 5 years experience in HR Employee relation and very good computer skills.
- Communication in Multi languages will be preferred.
- Duration: 6 months (renewable as per requirements)
