JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
NTS Group is working with a leading Multi National Global company who have built an excellent reputation within the market since their inception several years ago. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner, responsible for maintaining and delivering policies/procedures relative to training, employee relations, compliance and recruitment. The role will focus on providing support to the management team, training managers and assisting in the recruitment efforts. The role will be responsible for all recruitment in the region (including developing recruitment plans and strategies) as well as HR and onboarding activities, facilitating talent management, developing all job descriptions & job analysis and performance management. You will also play a key part in the remuneration and benefits part of the business (by working closely with the payroll team) and work closely with the Learning & Development team in the agreement of the L&D initiatives and plans. You will also be involved in all upcoming HR projects and any organizational design work when required.
To be considered you will have a minimum of 7 years of solid HR generalist experience, working for reputable Multi National Companies coupled with a very good understanding of the UAE market (including labour laws and preferably other GCC HR country knowledge). You will have the ability to work ambiguously, with excellent communication skills and solid experience within coaching and performance management. HR experience within an operations environment is preferred as is a bilingual English and Arabic speaker. This role is offering a salary of AED 35,000 plus benefits.
