JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a rapidly growing corporate organisation based in Abu Dhabi (commutable from Dubai).
They are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a newly developed generalist HR role.
REQUIREMENTS
This fast-paced role requires:
- A candidate already based in the UAE
- 7+ years experience working in a generalist HR Business Partner/Manager role with reputable organisations
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law
- Strong employee relations experience
