JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is currently working with one of the leading events organisations in the UAE who are looking to hire a HR Coordinator to join their team.

As the HR Coordinator you will be working alongside the HR team by providing hands on support, covering general HR administration tasks. You will also be overseeing the on-boarding process as well as implementing company policies and procedures. This role has been created due to the growth of the organisation and therefore requires someone who can work accurately and efficiently alongside the team.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should have at least 2-3 years’ experience with an administrative and HR background. This role requires someone that is able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You should be based in Dubai and ready to join immediately. Due to the location of the office, the ideal candidate should have a UAE driving license and access to their own vehicle.
