JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Company

Robert Half are working with a company based in Dubai, looking to hire a HR Coordinator to join their existing team. You will support the full employee life cycle including employee relations and onboarding.

The Role

* Full 360 HR co-ordination support
* Support on boarding and induction
* Update HRIS systems
* Assistant with performance management
* Support with recruitment processes, reference checks and outstanding new hire documents.
* Coordinate and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
* Serve as the point of contact for HR-related inquiries
* Plan and implement 1-2-1 Development process

Requirements:
The Candidate

* Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field required
* 3 to 6 years experience at HR Assistant or HR Co -Ordination level
* Role is based in office
