JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Working for our global consultancy client the HR Coordinator joins a stable and close-knit HR team assisting their global mobility team with the recruitment and onboarding processes, and all HR document management which involves significant volumes of data analysis. The role requires an organised, diligent individual with an exceptional eye for detail.

Supporting the recruitment process, you will monitor all candidate sourcing streams, including Job boards, LinkedIn, and internal referrals. You will then subsequently support candidates throughout their complete employee life cycle and ensure all employee files are updated in one with SOP’s. HR reports, strong data entry and document management skills are required for this busy and pro- active team, and you must have experience in HR data analytics. Reporting into the HR Manager you will be an integral team member and able to manage multiple deadlines and the expectations of employees.

Requirements:
To be successful you will already have started your HR career journey with at least 2-3 years of experience in a data heavy / HR coordination role. You will have knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), excellent new generation IT skills and fluent English communication and written skills. You must be able to work to strict deadlines and manage under pressure.
