JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Main purpose of the Position

To support the Talent Acquisition function through the various stages of the recruitment process by using best practices and relevant tools.

Key Outputs / Deliverables

* Support Talent Acquisition team in coordinate onsite and offsite events. (Date, organize speakers, invite list, venue, nestle products, banners)
* Maintain Purchase Orders for Talent Acquisition activities & Vendor Management.
* Support Talent Acquisition partners schedule Interviews & Create contracts for new joiners
* Maintain recruitment Data related to Talent Acquisition's strategic objectives (Time to Fill, Youth Hired and Diversity, Nationalization KPIs)

REQUIREMENTS

What Will Make You Successful?

* This is a temporary role for 10 months
* 1-2 years experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition
* Bachelor of Business Administration
* English/Arabic Proficiency
