Overview of the role

To facilitate a data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyze, visualize, and deliver insights to help serve the business and management better.

What you will do

  • Prepare and circulate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for the business to management and key stakeholders.
  • Generate new and analyze business-specific reports and support the planning team and stakeholders to automate existing planning documents in Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI.
  • Schedule, prepare, and arrange meetings with channels and key stakeholders to identify pain points with significant business impacts.
  • Generate and analyze various business-specific reports and publish them to stakeholders.
  • Generate simulations of sales incentives as per the incentive policy.
  • Communicate clearly on the incentive break-up to related stakeholders in sales, HR, finance, and accounts.

Required skills to be successful

  • Highly analytical, excited about data and numbers, and able to generate insights visually.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented with excellent reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What equips you for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management (especially human resources), or technology.
  • Minimum five years of experience, including at least three years preferably in automotive.
  • Experience handling big data, Microsoft Office, and data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
  • Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work with pace and quality discipline.
