JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client is an international company within the advertising sector. With impressive offices in Dubai this is an excellent opportunity to add value.

The Role:
As HR Director you will very much sit as part of the leadership team and work closely with the COO.

Duties will be a mix between strategic and operational HR.

You will be expected to get involved in areas of recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

- A minimum of 10 years of HR experience and atleast 5 working at a senior management level
- Passionate approach to HR
- Able to embody the company values - team spirit and family values
- Used to working with the leadership team to not only advise on HR but in commercial decision making too
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be currently based in Dubai with local experience

Please note that my client would prefer an Arabic speaker for this role and those candidates will be given priority for this role.

Salary
AED 45,000 - 50,000
