HR Director - Arabic Speaker

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client is a large global services company looking for an Arabic speaking HR Director to join the business.

As HR Director, you will be expected to transform the department. You will have a team of HR professionals to manage.

Duties will be wide ranging and will include:
- Re-writing HR policy and procedure
- Overseeing recruitment and actively involved in senior appointments
- Attending leadership meetings and contributing to company agenda
- Reviewing and improving performance management system
- Reviewing and improving employee engagement activities
- Leading a strategic HR plan for 2015

REQUIREMENTS

- A solid HR Director background from a recongnisable global organisation, ideally in a client led industry
- A minimum of 10 years HR experience
- Proven track record of improving and adding value to HR departments - this must be clearly stated on the CV
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Arabic and English
- A female would be highly preferred for this role
- Please note that due to high volumes of applications, only candidates meeting the criteria will be considered.

Salary:
AED 50,000 -65,000
