JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a leading Middle East based property organisation owned by one of the regions largest holding groups. They are seeking a UAE National to head up the HR Division.
You will be required to develop and implement HR Strategy for the whole company — relating to HR Planning, Organisational Development, Performance Management, Recruitment and Learning and Development. You will work along side the team and with outsourcing agents to keep in line with Emiratization Ratio and Employee Turnover, along with maintaining a healthy work environment to retain caliber employees.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a HR - 5 of which in a managerial role
- Impeccable knowledge of the UAE Labour law
- Strong leadership skills
- Post Graduate in HR or Business
- UAE National with family book
