JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A leading local group is currently looking for a HR executive to join their operations in their industrial division in Dubai.
The HR executive will be reporting to the HR operations manager.
The roles & responsibilities for this position are:
- Employee Engagement
- Recruitment & On boarding
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- Company Strategy, Policy & Procedures
- Coaching & Mentoring
- Administration
- Off Boarding
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-4 years of industrial background in HR within Dubai.
- Prior experience of Performance Management, Training Management
- Hands on experience in Employee Relations
- Knowledge and experience of the UAE Labour Laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred male candidates due to industrial environment in the company.
- Should be able to communicate in Hindu or Urdu.
