Position Title: HR Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Ras Al Khor Industrial Area, Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
They are the largest and most client preferred distributor of collectible automobiles in the Middle East.
Job Description:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, and handle HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, letters, and reports.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing necessary information and support, and Assist in managing employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of HR experience in the automotive industry in the UAE
• Knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
