JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Join our innovative digital marketing and software development client as they plan further growth into the Middle East market over the next 1-2 years. You will support the Dubai and UK office with all HR administration and be relied upon to bring structure, compliance and innovative employee engagement ideas to the company.

Specialising in cutting-edge marketing solutions to a diverse range of clients, the team in Dubai is small but highly effective. Reporting into the Finance & Operations Manager you will need to be motivated, pro-active and possess a great deal of common sense to bring the current HR processes up to the required standard. You will be involved in the complete life cycle from company perception and branding in the employment market, through to exit interviews and disciplinary action when needed. The HR Executive will manage the recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding and develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and local regulations in the UAE and the UK. You will provide support and guidance to employees and managers on all HR-related queries and issues to help foster an environment of trust and best practice. There is expected to be growth potential in this organisation and therefore the more you are able to achieve, the more your efforts will be rewarded.

Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Executive, and the ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience of HR within the UK and will bring their expertise to support this expanding team. You will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, employee relations, and all HR administration, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR function that is approachable and compliant at all times. Those with a CIPD qualification (or working towards it) are highly desirable for this new position and you should also possess a native standard of English.
