JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a hands-on, proactive HR Executive with extensive recruitment experience who can function as a sole contributor in a fast-paced, small company environment. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of recruitment efforts and manage all HR functions, ensuring seamless operations across the organization. This role requires a self-starter who can handle multiple responsibilities independently and has a strong understanding of the unique HR needs of smaller organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Lead the entire recruitment process from job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, ensuring a constant talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for key roles, ensuring timely recruitment of top talent for critical positions.
• Act as the sole HR point of contact for all recruitment needs, managing the entire process independently without external support.
• Promote the company’s culture and values to attract and retain high-quality candidates, emphasizing the benefits of working in a close-knit, agile environment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and candidates.
• Track and report on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience metrics, to ensure continuous process improvement.
• Own the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are fully integrated into the company with all necessary tools, resources, and support.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
• As the sole HR professional, manage all HR functions, including employee relations, policy implementation, and HR administration.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive, collaborative work environment in a small team setting.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Oversee the tracking of employee leave, attendance, and remote work requests, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Draft and implement HR policies tailored to the needs of a small company, ensuring clarity and compliance with labor laws.
• Handle all aspects of visa processing, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations, preferably in small companies or startups.
• Proven ability to operate as a sole contributor in HR, managing multiple functions independently.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using HR and recruitment platforms
• Ability to adapt quickly and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, small team environment.
• Preferably has knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
