Position Title: HR Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading force in diesel distribution and oil trading across the UAE.
Job Description:
- Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, and other recruiting channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Oversee the management of current staff, including handling employment contracts, renewals, onboarding processes, and addressing various HR matters, including those related to blue-collar employees
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures during the recruitment process
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Female, 35 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in the UAE. Experience in diesel trading is ideal
- Proficient in using LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) &
- Strong understanding of HR policies and employment laws.
Salary:
AED
10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
