JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• We are urgently looking for an HR Executive who should have HR generalist experience with leading construction companies in UAE.
• Candidates who have 5-8 years’ experience in UAE and have supported multiple project sites for all HR requirements are welcome to apply.
• Candidates having strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and worked as an HR generalist required.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Management with HR specialization is required.
• HRMS experience preferably SAP is required.
• Candidates with Construction industry experience will be shortlisted.
• Due to requirement of visiting multiple project sites, drivers license holder preferred.
