JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
HR Executive up to 4.5K AED for a Leading Fragrance Company in Sharjah
• Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees, managers, and executives
• Direct and oversee the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to Northern Indian candidates
• Female, 30 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in an HR executive/HR Administrator or similar role
• At least with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Organization Development
• Can manage recruitment, learning and development and employee performance programs
• Extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance
• Strong knowledge and experience in UAE employment law, compensation, recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment
• Advance verbal and written communication skills in English
• Can join immediately (1 month maximum)
• Work Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM/ 2days off but will come for Saturday if needed
• Work location: Sharjah, UAE
