JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Contract

Position: HR Executive / Specialist
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: Open to discuss

HR Operation
• Involved in development and reviewing of HR policies, update the document according to internal and Labor Law changes.
• Create and maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions for all employees.
• Conduct exits interview and coordinate exit process for departing employees.
• Investigate and issue disciplinary letter / performance improvement plan. Employee incident cases. Insurance Claims. Support Recruitment team in hiring candidates.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
• Prepare and submit KPI submission report. Analyze appraisal result and evaluate performance trends. Identify potential performance risk. Prepare and present objective setting presentation for workshop. Plan periodic performance review sessions for employees followed by appraisals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Should be from HR background but not mainly in admin/recruitment. More into employee relations, data analytics, performance management experience.
• Involved in development and reviewing of HR policies, update the document according to internal and Labor Law changes.
