JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Temporary

HR Operations:
• Develop and review HR policies, ensuring compliance with internal standards and labor laws.
• Update policy documents in accordance with internal changes and legal requirements.
• Create and maintain organizational charts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company structure.
• Draft detailed job descriptions for all positions within the organization.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage the exit process for departing employees.
• Investigate employee incidents and administer disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Handle performance improvement plans and issue disciplinary letters when required.
• Manage insurance claims and coordinate with relevant parties for resolution.
• Provide support to the recruitment team during the hiring process.

Performance Management:
• Prepare and submit KPI submission reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze appraisal results to identify performance trends and potential risks.
• Develop strategies to enhance employee performance based on analysis findings.
• Prepare and present objective setting presentations for workshops.
• Plan and conduct periodic performance review sessions for employees.
• Facilitate appraisal processes, ensuring fairness and transparency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, with at least [insert number] years of experience.
• Thorough understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
